If you have entered into a credit agreement with us you will also be governed by the terms of that agreement. The credit agreement will only come into effect and be binding when you sign it; until then no binding contract will be created.
Before you sign, please read the credit agreement carefully. If you discover that any of the information in the credit agreement is incorrect, please select edit and then correct your details. If you encounter any issues with this process then please return to the main menu and use the details in Contact Us to let us know so that we may send you a new credit agreement with the correct information.
You irrevocably confirm that in signing the credit agreement electronically and by accessing FCA Online you are the Borrower or you represent the Borrower and are acting with the authority of the Borrower to enter into the loan. In addition, you must advise us of a change to your personal information including but not limited to your name, address, email address and bank details. We will not be liable for any loss or damage if you have not told us of a change and we fail to contact you or we send information to your former contact details.Back to Top
